$109 Single/Double, $109 Triple, and $109 Quad Occupancy.
Hotel rates are net and are subject to a 1% City Surcharge plus applicable City and State taxes, which are currently 13%.
All rooms are subject to availability.
The hotel advises that your guests make reservations as soon as possible.

Convention Program Ad Rates for Fall 2008 are:
$125 - Full page inside front or back cover (3.75" x 10.25")
$100 - Full Inside page (3.75" x 10.25")
$65 - 1/2 page (3.75" x 5.25")
$35 - 1/4 page (3.75" x 2.25")

not later than midnight, Thursday, October 2nd .
Please submit both tif and pdf digital formats of your ad if possible for the best resolution.
