Chapter Service Representatives

Director of CSLT – Dave Roberts

It is the goal of Chapter Service Representatives (CSR’s) to help chapters develop mission statements and establish and meet objectives. They accomplish this by developing an ongoing, positive relationship with chapter leadership and assist in planning and goal setting.  CSR’s work with chapter leadership to help accomplish those defined goals and is an assistant for reaching measurable objectives. Over time, they provide support and training of chapter leaders in understanding and fulfilling the purpose and mission of the chapter. Each shall be the ‘always current’ expert in the operations of the chapter, district, and the Society.
